Shipping

Most items are shipped within 1 week but because each item is 100% handmade with extreme attention to detail, items could take up to 2 weeks to receive. Custom orders can take a bit longer but in any case we will notify the buyer if we expect any item to take longer than 2 weeks to receive.

Each item is packaged with extreme care and shipped priority USPS with tracking. We will notify you when your item has shipped.

Shipping is free in the US and $30 for international orders + $10 for any additional items.

For wholesale orders, shipping times may very depending on size and nature of the order. Orders could take up to 4 weeks but we will give you an estimate before you purchase.

If you need your item rushed, please contact us and we can do our best to get your item ASAP!

Returns & Exchanges

Hide Designs will gladly accept returns for an exchange or store credit for any items purchased on our site. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds of any kind. We are always more than happy to work with you before you order to make sure we get it to your exact desire. 

How to make a Return or Exchange::

1.  You may Exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size, color, or fit; Returns or Exchanges can be made for any item with a defect. If your item has a defect, we will happily pay return shipping for all domestic residents. 

2.  Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your item. Hide Designs will not be responsible for exchange shipping cost.

3.  Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with tags still attached.

4.  Please click here to request a Return Authorization via email. 

All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions. After your Return is processed, you will be issued a credit for the retail price of the item. Items shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be shipped back to you - help us help you! Please note: Hide Designs  cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Hide Designs.

WHAT IF THE BELT I ORDERED DOESN’T FIT?

If your belt doesn’t fit, you are welcome to exchange it for another size, or you may return it for store credit.  Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds, but hopefully you can find something else to your liking in out store! 

HOW DO I SEND MY ITEM IN FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please contact us about a Return or Exchange within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached. The customer assumes both the return shipping cost to Hide Designs and the replacement item shipping cost, unless the item is found to be defective, in which case we will gladly send you a pre-paid shipping label. 

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Hide Designs proudly offers a limited lifetime warranty for every product bought in our online store.

We stand by the design, quality and craftsmanship of our goods which is why we cover any defective items stemming from production error or material defect. Some examples may include: buttons, zippers, hardware, stitching, and fabric.

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage from extreme use, or damage caused from using an item outside of its intended purpose. 

Please note that every item is subject to review by our team, and some repairs may require a fee. All repairs require a receipt.
